Antonella is the Author of Cucino Per Te, a collection of stories and recipes from her childhood growing up in Calabria, Italy. Antonella now resides in Connecticut where she owns and operates Cannoli Queen Cafe, an Italian bakery which also provides monthly cookie subscriptions.

Antonella takes great pride in sharing stories and keeping to her Italian values by using the classic methods for cooking that have been carried down through the many generations of her family.

Sharing her passion for her culture is truly a gift from her heart.
