Tiramisu Truffles for the Dessert Table

End supper on a sweet note.

8 ounces of marscapone

1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup of sugar

4 table spoons of espresso

12 lady finger ( crushed into crumbs)


Combine 8 ounces of mascarpone cheese that is at room temperature with the crumbs from 12 lady fingers

Combine sugar and about 4 table spoons of espresso (liquid, not powder)

Combine well and refrigerate for about one hour

Form 1-inch size round truffles and then roll in cocoa powder

Keep in fridge until time to serve
