Cannoli Pancakes, an easy homemade pancake recipe with an Italian twist, includes ricotta, orange, cinnamon and chocolate chips.

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Serving: 6 large pancakes (or 12 small)
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ricotta cheese drained
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons fresh orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips (or combination of chocolate chips and pistachios)
