The following recipe was created by A Zesty Bite.
- 1 thawed Pepperidge Farm puff pastry sheet
- 1 large egg
- 3 ounces pancetta
- 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Lay puff pastry out on a flat surface. Brush the top with egg wash and place pancetta on top. Then add the spinach and cream cheese. Starting at one end roll up the puff pastry. Slice into the dough creating 1/2-inch slices.
3. Place slices onto a non-stick baking sheet and top each one with egg wash. Bake in the oven for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving: 12 slices
