Locally grown vegetables are as close as any food is to perfection. During this time of year-enjoy nature’s delicious bounty with this savory recipe “misto di verdure” from my grandmother’s kitchen.
Fall on Cape Cod, where I live, always brings back fond memories of when I was a young child in Sagamore and my Italian grandfather, Luigi, and his vegetable garden.
