Cucina Italiana

Four Italian recipes by way of a hidden restaurant in Milan.

We’ve been sharing a lot of Italian American recipes as of late via our ISDA Family Cookbook.  Today, here are a few for you to sample straight out of Italy…

These dishes come courtesy of Potafiori, a Milan gem that has met its success through intrigue and word of mouth:  An unassuming, intentionally hidden restaurant-meets-florist hybrid, people literally have to search the place out in order to eat there.

Try out chef Giorgio Bresciani’s recipes for Paccheri Stuffed with Ricotta, Spaghetti with Fresh Tomato Sauce, Swordfish Parmesan, and Capri Cake.  Perhaps you’ll be seeking this restaurant out, too, on your next visit to Italy!
